RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please notify us within 7 working days from the day you receive your goods to cancel the contract of your order with us or to request for an exchange for a different colour, size or product. The items must be unused and in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached. Damaged returns may not be accepted and maybe be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. All products to be returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number)

Kindly note that bespoke products, that have been made/produced or itemised exclusively for you are exempt from being returned or being exchanged for another item.

“Working days” means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

To return an item, please contact us via email at customercare@kopelondon.com or call +447572128882 within 7 days of receiving your order and request for a RMA Number (Returns Merchandise Authorisation Number). Products should be returned within 7 days of receiving the RMA Number. Please ensure the goods are packaged well to prevent any damage. All returns must be sent via recorded delivery only, to ensure full refund or exchange. You will need to return the entire order at your own cost if you have already received the items. When returning products, until the products reach us, they are your responsibility.

Products should be received by us within 7 days of the date of your RMA request. Returns outside these time frames may only be accepted at our discretion and we reserve the right to refund late returns in the form of a credit note. To exchange an item for another item, simply specify the item you require. On receipt of the original item, the new item will be dispatched to you once any balance payment is received or refunded, if necessary. Please complete the returns form and send it to us with the items via recorded delivery at:

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. However, you will need to return the entire order at your own cost if you have already received the items.  Please ensure the goods are packaged well to prevent any damage. All returns must be sent via recorded delivery, refunds sent otherwise may not be credited.

Refunds outside the UK will be refunded excluding shipping charges and any taxes or duty incurred by us

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence the procedure and time span.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but can only be exchanged for another item.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If goods are ordered from www.kopelondon.com to be shipped outside the UK, all import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict these costs as they are levied by local authorities, which are outside our control. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws if you fail to comply with the law and regulation of the country which the products are destined. Also, please note that we are unable to offer an Express Delivery service on items shipped outside the UK.
